Article 1 Scope of application

These general terms and conditions are intended to govern relations between:

  • the general partnership (GP), Brügger & Sauterel, Avenue Maria-Belgia 1, 1006 Lausanne, hereafter referred to as (online boutique), and
  • the buyer, who has accepted the general terms and conditions of sale, hereafter referred to as the client.


Article 2 Prices

Purchase prices are net, in Swiss francs, including VAT, as well as delivery and transport costs in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.


Article 3 Protection of minors

The buyer hereby declares that s/he is at least eighteen years old on the date the order is placed. Persons under 18 years of age are not authorised to purchase our Bordeaux wines. Our online boutique does not accept orders from minors.


Article 4 Data protection only processes and stores the data strictly necessary to provide the services offered by its online boutique. These data are not transferred to third parties. The email address indicated when you register will only be used to inform you of any new purchasing opportunities. You may withdraw from this notification service by email or letter at any time. complies scrupulously with the law on data protection.


Article 5 Confirmation of sale and payment

By clicking on "Confirm my order", you agree to purchase the items in your basket. The sales contract becomes valid when the confirmation email is sent.

Payment for the merchandise ordered is made in full at the time of ordering, by PostFinance Card, PostFinance e-finance, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Confidential information concerning the means of payment is encrypted so that neither nor third parties can access it. This protection complies with existing legal provisions applicable in Switzerland. This system guarantees secure purchasing from any location in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.


Article 6 Delivery of our Bordeaux wines in Switzerland and Liechtenstein

The products are shipped to the delivery address indicated by the client at the time the order is placed. Clients who wish to do so may indicate a Pickpost collection point for picking up the delivery.

Our online boutique delivers to the following countries: Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Deliveries are generally made within 10 working days from the date of purchase. agrees to make every effort to deliver within this timeframe. cannot, however, be held liable for any delivery delays. If, for reasons beyond our control, the items are not delivered within 30 days, the client is entitled to cancel the order by sending a request in writing (email or letter). In that case, will reimburse the full purchase price to the client. No other compensation will be due in any case.


Article 7 Conditions applicable to using the website

It is prohibited to reproduce, exploit, broadcast, or use all or part of the elements of our online boutique, either software or visuals, for any purpose whatsoever, without the written consent of We reserve the right to sue for damages in any case of violation of this copyright.


Article 8 Checking the delivery

The client is liable for checking that the articles received correspond to his/her order. If the Bordeaux wines delivered do not correspond to the order, the client shall inform as soon as possible. Only delivery errors (product quantity or type not corresponding to the order) will be taken into account.


Article 9 Defective wine selects sound, genuine Bordeaux wines of merchantable quality for sale in its online boutique. If the client considers that a wine is defective, s/he is responsible for producing analysis results from an oenology laboratory, at his/her own expense, to substantiate this claim. A wine is not considered defective if its style does not suit the client's personal preferences. In case of a major defect confirmed by an oenology laboratory, the full purchase price will be reimbursed, as well as the analysis expenses, on presentation of the corresponding invoice.


Article 10 Right to cancel the contract

The client may not, in principle, change his/her mind once the contract has been confirmed. However, the client is granted a 7-day cooling off period from the time the contract is confirmed to cancel the order in writing, according to the date/time of the email or cancellation of the stamp on the letter. If an order is cancelled within this 7-day period and the wine has already been shipped to the client, the shipment will be returned at the client's expense. The returned goods will be reimbursed in full, provided they are returned in their original packaging in perfect condition (unopened carton or case). No reimbursement will be made if the packaging has been opened or any of the contents have been consumed.
The client will not be entitled to any reimbursement if the goods are returned but the order was not cancelled within the 7-day period.


Article 11 Modification of the general terms and conditions of sale

These general terms and conditions of sale may be modified by at any time.


Article 12 Applicable law and jurisdiction

These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to Swiss law. The jurisdiction is Lausanne.
